To apply online for membership in Couples of the San Francisco Bay Area, please provide the following information. Your birthdays (month and day only) are optional unless the person in question is under the age of 21, in which case the full date of birth, including the year, is required.
When you have finished providing the required information, click the Submit Application button at the bottom of the page, which will send us an email with your application information. Please note that your email program must be open and active in order for the form to be successfully submitted.

Annual membership dues are $50 (fifty dollars). A representative of the Couples Club will contact you via mail, telephone, or email to provide additional information, including payment of dues.
